HOCMP including LV strain
The left ventricle is normal in size (42ml/m²) with high LVEF & significantly reduced longitudinal function (EF 65%, GLS -10,8%, Dispersion prolonged with 75ms, PSI visible in the hypertrophied segments up to 92%, regional Strain significantly reduced in the hypertrophied segments), with severe septal LVH (IVS 24mm, LV mass index 156g/m2, RWT 0,67), LVOT-obstruction with SAM (max PG 75mmHg). No regional WMA
Amyloid heart disease, including LA, RV, & RA Strain
The left atrium is severely dilated (53ml/m²) with a severely reduced LA Strain (LASr 4% in AFIB)
The right ventricle is borderline in size (basal diameter 41mm) with a reduced longitudinal RVF (TAPSE 12mm; S’ 6,5cm/s; FWS -17,4,1%) with a thickened RV free wall (6mm)
The right atrium is dilated (47ml/m²) with a reduced RA Strain (RASr 8%, elevated fillings pressures likely)
